V - Independant advices and negociation help

The independance of our advice and our assistance is guarantee by the contract you have both signed. If the property we have offered to you suits your dreams we will help you to make the close at all levels : from financing to the notary.

VI - Fulfillment of our missions and commission

When you have signed with the notary the buying of your property you are now a new owner and then you will pay us our commission. You will only pay us if you do buy the property we have offered to you. We will give you access to all of our services (works, interior design, tax matters, etc ...).
